CONNECT the PEOPLE & PLACES (Program) you want to serve. FOSOL encourages sponsors, donors & volunteers to build relation directly with their beneficiaries and witness how their contribution change lives. FOSOL promotes bonding between the sponsored students and sponsor like a family.  

Sponsors may choose their own beneficiaries through self-managed, The EQUITABLE SOCIETY (Program). Sponsor wish to choose students from their choice of region and social affiliation; send contribution directly and monitor their progress. FOSOL can help for the right match.

The ACCOUNTABLE  LEADERSHIP (Program) helps the student beneficiaries to develop them as future leaders undertaking different development projects. Each student must propose a feasible project and budget once a year. FOSOL can help funding through donors.

Successful FOSOL sponsored students must commit to The CONTRIBUTE BACK (Program) to the society equal or more than they have enjoyed as a beneficiary, running student-led initiatives to give back to their communities and sustain their own opportunities through entrepreneurship. FOSOL also collaborates with other organizations on several programs such as Basic Health & Hygiene Training, Health Screening & Eye Camp, Disaster Relief, Setup School Libraries, Used Computer Donation, and Hands on Technical Trainings through donations.
